PU 自結(jié)皮的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和應(yīng)用 Advantages and application of PU integral skin foam
1、PU 自結(jié)皮流動(dòng)性好，密度分布均勻，抗壓強(qiáng)度好。PU integral skin foam has good liquidity, even density and good compressive strength.
2、長(zhǎng)久定型，持久耐用，加工工藝簡(jiǎn)單，模具內(nèi)一次成型效率高。Lasting shape and durability, simple processing, high one-time in-mold forming.
3、化學(xué)性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定，使用壽命長(zhǎng)，對(duì)周?chē)h(huán)境不構(gòu)成污染。Stable chemical properties, long service life, not producing pollution to the environment.
4、可被制成任何形狀，表面易于著色，可放置填充物加固。Can be made into any shapes, with ease of surface coloring, and can be reinforced with
filler.
5、本組合料流動(dòng)性佳，尺寸穩(wěn)定性好，操作容易，PU 自結(jié)皮也可添加阻燃劑以達(dá)到阻燃效果。This combined material has excellent liquidity, good size
stability, ease of operation. PU integral skin foam can also be added with fire retardant to achieve fire-retarding effect.
